"Inspirational Leadership at Kylemore is a think tank for like-minded leaders for whom values are important and who recognize there are many varied ways to lead, adapting to different cultures, and welcoming different ethnicities. These leaders gather in one location with similar drives to be effective and to increase their capacity for visionary leadership. It is not an experience we can have that often. We all learned from each other, and we gained a network of colleagues from Europe, Africa, and the United States. It changed the direction of my career. It truly lived up to its name, inspirational."
